Qee是参加过HelpX的一个体验者，想要号召更多的朋友们参与到这个项目的体验过程中，她给HelpX的创始人发了一封电邮，希望得到HelpX创始人对于广大朋友的建议。

    Sorry for the slow reply. Good luck with your advice service. Advice I can give is try to ensure messages to hosts are individualised and not copy paste identical messages. So many helpers make this mistake and wonder why they don't get very good response back. Also, point out that travel expenses and necessary visas are the responsibility of the helpers and they should never ask hosts for assistance with either.   
   
    HelpX should be viewed as a great way to enhance a travel trip rather than be its primary reason.   
   
    Thanks for your "available" suggestion. The problem being its always a problem getting hosts and helpers to keep their profiles sufficiently up-to-date. This is a great idea in theory but in practice it would not be kept up-to-date by enough by hosts. Hosts are listed by most recently updated and hosts tend to update when they need for helpers the most.

    Rob给helper们的建议就是：   
          1. 发给host发邮件不要都是一样的内容，要针对不同的host发不同的邮件；
    2  旅行费用和签证都是helper自己的责任，不要让host帮助你弄这些事情。   
        关于helpX，Rob说的是: HelpX不是旅行的首要目的, 而是丰富你的旅行。   
    Qee在邮件中给helpx网站提了一个建议，就是在每个host的资料里添加一个“available”项，可以显示host当前的状态，是否订满了还是有空位。Rob觉的这是一个好主意不过实际上很难实现，因为好多host不会及时更新状态的。现在网站上host主要就是分为：最近更新状态的host和需要helper时才会更新状态的host。
